Few simple tips to find someone on LinkedIn with name or Image or designation or the company's name and so on.
Here are few tips to validate.
First, if you know the NAME than 50% work is done and rest 50% of work will be done by the designation.
Let's take an example that you're searching for a name called Mohammed Abdul Nawaz and you just know that name and not sure about his designation or the company he works for,
Let's see in real time how it appears to be working.
I searched with my name and I got my name in first attempt may be the system knows it as I searched within my account only.
The point I'm making here is, when you're searching someone and you'll see results as well appearing in the list. so how would you recognize him/her by just name or by image?
Obviously, Image is an added advantage to find the person that you're looking for.
There is a another way to find someone by just designation.
Suppose, you're searching for system admin role candidate and you'll get results as well, but how you'll find the one that you're looking for?
Well, the above one works 100% or not that I'm not sure because its purely depends on the STRING' that you gonna put, basically, if you know the designation of someone is 100% true than you can find him/her easily by adding a location.
Or if you just simply know the someone works in a company that also works, because that is very easy to find someone via a company page.
Let's take an example in real time.
I'll type the organization name Microsoft like below and will go to people section
Print the location that you're trying to find a person
People who works in Hyderabad Microsoft will appear like below and in that way also you can find someone.
