Do hashtags matter on LinkedIn : Yes, as per the algorithm I've for my own posts it does matter and will see how it does matter to grow your LinkedIn visibility. How to introduce yourself.

Convert your interview into the offer.

Well, This isn't something motivational😅 However, It'll gonna give you some interview insights that can help you.

Just imagine that you're now going to interact with the interviewer and as soon as you get inside of the room or cabin, just take a long breathe and just don't start like a pro, understand the word first take time and then deliver it. Interviewer isn't going to kiss or kill you:)

Uh, actually, it is starting from below now.

Now, let's begin the revolution.

As we live in the 21st century. Therefore, I don't think so that we should start with our name. please don't follow my strategy, I'm just telling it as I love doing the new things that I don't even care whether it is an interview or a meeting, just be cool that's my FUNDA  here😎.

Interviewer could be anyone MALE or FEMALE, so just don't feel shy if you're interacting with a FEMALE, If you ask me, you can actually impress her with your speaking talent, tell them something unique about yourself. well,. Please don't propose her, just be focused on your purpose.

First, Don't start with My name is or I'm, that's illogical as interviewer already knows your name, so just don't be over smart.

Start with, when you received RED signal from interviewer to 'tell me something about yourself'

As interviewer already knows my name, I'll start with my qualification and just tell your latest qualification only. don't start from your 10th, interviewer won't be interesting in schooling so just cut it off.

Best rule is to keep your eye contact with interviewer, don't watch here and there and talk, don't feel shy also, just keep watching to the interviewer eyes don't even bother whether he/she is looking at you or not, if you lose your eye contact, it means, you're not confident.

First point:

I did degree from( add your college) and just the pass out year. you can modify with your university or a specific subject etc.

Let's move to the 2nd point:

I hold the skills of networking, I did CCNA(add how many skills you've) while I was in my initial job search and I'm not a professional certified but I know how to configure routers and switches including troubleshooting to basic level or intermediate level.

Third point:

Talk about your experience and you can add the latest experience (It's optional for your if you don't want to bore interviewer)

...........................................................................................................................

Fourth point:

That's it from my side and If you've any questions for me whether it is personal or professional you can ask i'm very flexible or open to answer any of your questions.

...................................................................................................................

If interviewer asks about your hobbies or what else you do apart from your job. then you can tell your passion whatever you've.

Fifth point:

When interviewer done with his/her questions and If they ask you the same question as above. don't just say NO thank you, I'm good, interviewer isn't offering you a food. so just ask below questions.

Yes, I've few questions for you and let me start with my first question.

1) What would be my work here( you ask in detail)
2) What would be the shift timings ( Is it rotational or fixed)
3) What skills set you require for future project or for my work so I can enroll before I join.

Now, that's the end of the interview.

This is how you've to present yourself in a systematic way.

Let me know for any comments.
